The Lider campaign "Counting the trucks" continues! While some count the tourists, we count the lorry drivers with their export goods, which are more important for the national economy than the export of services, and this is a fact that is completely ignored by the public.

The DIV Group is a major exporter, with more than 95 percent of the production of bolts being exported to the automotive industry, shipbuilding, the railroad industry, the steel construction industry, the construction industry, the electrical industry, the wood industry and mechanical engineering in general.

The last two years in the DIV Group will be remembered for the record volume of exported goods in the standard bolts segment. During this period, we have exported over 40,000 tons, which means an average of almost 100 trucks per month.

Despite some stagnation in part of our main EU market due to the effects of the global political situation, i.e. due to recessionary phenomena in some EU countries, and due to the expansion of business in other markets, export growth of 12% continued in the first half of 2023. We are currently working with partners in over 40 countries around the world - explains Anto Lučić Jozak, Regional Export Manager of the DIV Group.

We remind you that the DIV Group is the parent company of a whole series of companies that together form the largest regional group specializing in the processing, production and trade of bolts and other machine parts and metal products, shipbuilding, large railroad infrastructure projects and bridge construction. The entire DIV Group has plants in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, as well as the Brodosplit shipyard. The company is a regional market leader in the metalworking industry, employs a total of 1,800 people and is represented in more than 30 countries around the world. In 2022, the company generated an annual turnover of EUR 55.9 million.

With long-term investments in more environmentally friendly production and adaptations to new EU regulations, the expansion of production capacities and the development of new markets, we have created the conditions for new export records in the coming years - concludes Lučić Jozak.
